About SiPhox Health
SiPhox Health is building the leading home testing platform for biomarkers across inflammation, hormones, and metabolic and cardiovascular health. Six in ten Americans live with a chronic disease, and our mission is to make early detection possible from home.
We operate two business lines, both scaling quickly:
SiPhox is an MIT startup backed by Tier I investors including Y Combinator, Khosla Ventures, and Intel Capital.
The Role
This is not a product-maintenance role. It is a role defined by urgency, ownership, and consequence.
We build and deliver a physical product to customers' homes. It is filled with their blood, processed by laboratories under regulatory scrutiny, and returned as a result on which they will base real health decisions.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the full product lifecycle, execution and quality, who moves decisively under pressure, and who is willing to implement a practical solution now rather than wait for a perfect one later. Candidates who require a fully mature organization, established handoffs, and a documented procedure for every situation will not find that here. The ideal candidate is prepared to build those systems while the operation runs at full speed.Areas of Ownership

The product is both the physical kit and the digital results experience. You own both.
