About the role
We need someone to lead our entire India Ops. You'd be our first hire in India, and you'd hire everyone who comes after.
Help us set up an office, procure and import robots and equipment. Run the fit-out: power and network; hire the team: supervisors, technicians, quality, and a large floor of operators across multiple shifts.
Then run it. Throughput, quality, uptime, retention, and the site P&L. You report to the founders directly.
