About the role

About Laminar

Laminar helps enterprise teams unlock the power of AI inside their existing systems. We partner with leading companies to solve complex operational challenges with deep technical expertise and world-class execution. We are a well-funded, ex-Google led team backed by Salesforce Ventures.

Our Salesforce Expert Network is a community of highly skilled independent Salesforce professionals who partner with Laminar to deliver for our customers. We are hiring a founding Talent Partner to grow, run, and staff this network as we scale.

About the Role

You will own the engine behind Laminar's Salesforce Expert Network. You will find exceptional Salesforce talent, build trusted relationships with independent consultants, and match the right experts to the right customer engagements.

This is not traditional recruiting. It is part recruiter, part talent operations, part community partner. You will work closely with our delivery team to understand project needs and staff every engagement with the right people. You will also partner with our Community Manager, who runs network events, workshops, and programming.

What You'll Do

Source and grow the network (30%)

  • Source and engage Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and AI implementation experts through our network, referrals, LinkedIn, and Salesforce communities

  • Continue growing the FoundHQ community of Salesforce experts under Laminar

  • Build relationships with top independent consultants globally

  • Track emerging skills as Salesforce and AI capabilities evolve

Screen, match, and staff engagements (35%)

  • Screen consultants on experience, technical skills, communication, and project fit

  • Partner with delivery leads to scope talent needs for new customer engagements

  • Match and staff consultants to projects, often on short timelines

  • Run feedback sessions between consultants and our team after engagements

Run network operations (20%)

  • Own our talent database: consultant profiles, skills, certifications, availability, and rates

  • Coordinate onboarding for consultants joining the network

  • Manage communication with consultants before, during, and between engagements

  • Share consultant feedback with our product team to help shape what we build

Support internal recruiting (15%)

  • Run first-round phone screens for Laminar roles

  • Help manage candidates and hiring workflows in Ashby, our ATS

  • Source for ad hoc roles and support our internship program

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4+ years in technical recruiting, talent operations, staffing, or marketplace operations

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (roles, certifications, partner landscape)

  • Experience recruiting or staffing contractors or consultants is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage many moving pieces at once

  • Comfortable building structure and process where none exists

  • Startup experience a plus

Why Join Laminar

  • You won't just fill roles. You'll build the expert network that powers our customer delivery.

  • You'll join early, and your work will directly shape how we scale.

  • You'll work alongside a small, senior team on high-impact AI work for leading enterprises.

Logistics

  • Location: Remote (global).

  • Employment type: Full time.
