We are building the autonomous infrastructure management platform that will power the next decade of enterprise compute.</p></div><h3><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>IT Operations & Infrastructure:</strong> Own global IT operations, infrastructure, endpoints, hardware, and day-to-day IT support.</li> <li><strong>CAPEX & Procurement:</strong> Own IT budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and technology investments.</li> <li><strong>Multimedia & Office Buildouts:</strong> Design and deploy AV, conference room, and hybrid meeting solutions across global offices.</li> <li><strong>Identity & Google Workspace:</strong> Own Okta and Google Workspace administration, including user lifecycle, access, SSO, MFA, and policies.</li> <li><strong>Security & Compliance:</strong> Implement IT security controls, manage access reviews and security incidents, and support SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance.</li> <li><strong>IT Strategy & Standards:</strong> Establish IT policies, standards, and processes while driving scalable solutions across a global organization.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong> </strong>5+ years of experience in IT management or a senior IT role, ideally within a global tech company.</li> <li><strong> </strong>Proven track record owning IT operations end-to-end — infrastructure, support, procurement, and vendor management.</li> <li><strong> </strong>Hands-on Okta administration experience — SSO, MFA, Workflows, lifecycle management.</li> <li><strong> </strong>Strong Google Workspace Super Admin experience — policies, OUs, DLP, licensing.</li> <li><strong> </strong>Experience planning and managing IT CAPEX budgets and working with Finance on procurement.</li> <li><strong> </strong>Experience designing and deploying multimedia/AV setups for conference rooms and offices.</li> <li><strong> </strong>Working knowledge of IT security best practices — endpoint security, access control, patch management, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 / ISO 27001).</li> <li><strong> </strong>Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall basics).</li> <li><strong> </strong>Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew; ability to work effectively across global time zones.</li> <li><strong> </strong>Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
