About the role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–3 years of experience (ideally 2–3 years in SaaS/tech sales development, or a sharp junior from an Ivy League school) to build Hypercore's outbound engine as a founding BDR. You'll be the first touchpoint for senior leaders at private credit funds, BDCs and alternative asset managers, and you'll set the meetings our CEO closes. Hypercore just raised a Series A backed by Insight Partners and Y Combinator, and it sells into the $3T+ private credit market.
What will you be doing?
- Running high-volume outbound calls and personalized emails to executives in Finance, Operations and Portfolio Management
- Researching, engaging and qualifying leads so only high-potential opportunities reach the CEO
- Booking and coordinating qualified meetings, managing follow-ups and keeping CRM records clean
- Using data to measure performance and working with the founders to improve targeting and conversion
- Working with marketing to align messaging and adjust outreach based on market feedback
