Mantle positions itself as the gateway for institutions and TradFi to move into RWAs on-chain. With $4B+ in community-owned assets, Mantle combines credibility, liquidity and scale with institutional infrastructure to support large-scale adoption. The ecosystem is anchored by $MNT in the Bybit network, and built out through subsidiaries mETH, fBTC, MI4 and MantleX. This is complemented by Mantle Network’s partnerships with leading issuers and protocols such as Agora AUSD, Ethena USDe, Ondo USDY and EigenLayer. Your Role Researching and building blockchain protocols, modules, technologies and algorithms Preparation of detailed design documents and testing strategies according to
requirements Promoting technical experience sharing within
the team Support the community through the best communications and documentation Your Craft Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 1–5 years of work experience, with design and development experience in blockchain, distributed systems, or related areas Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, with the ability to quickly conduct POC (Proof of Concept) development and validation Proficient in programming languages such as Go and Rust; highly skilled in smart contract development using Solidity Extensive experience in cryptography and blockchain, familiar with mainstream blockchain platforms and their core algorithms Experience contributing to or developing on open-source blockchain projects (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Optimism) is preferred Fluent in Bilingual - English and Chinese 职位要求： 计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历 1~5年工作年限，区块链、分布式等领域的设计开发经验 精通算法、数据结构，能快速进行POC开发论证 熟练掌握Go、Rust等编程语言，精通智能合约Solidity 在密码学、区块链等领域有丰富经验，熟悉blockchain主流平台及核心算法 对区块链的开源项目（Ethereum、Solana、Optimism...）有开发经验的优先 能快速阅读英文论文与资料，有较强的研究能力和自我驱动力 Extra Credit Existing track record of R&D and execution of open source projects on known blockchain platforms such as Ethereum/Cosmos/OP or ZK Rollup is a great plus.
