As a Senior Back-End Developer at Sweep, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the foundation of our innovative platform. Working alongside a talented team in Tel Aviv, you will: Design and develop core products and features that empower our users to achieve their goals. Partner closely with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and impactful solutions. Participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance. Take initiative in solving complex technical challenges while contributing to the strategic direction of our technology stack. We are looking for 7+ years of professional experience in software development. Thrives in collaborative environments and takes pride in contributing to team success. Approaches development with a product-first mindset, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Proficiency with our tech stack, including Node.js, Python, JavaScript (TypeScript), Docker, SQL, and AWS (or similar cloud platforms). Hands-on experience with high-scale systems and production environments is a strong advantage. A degree in Computer Science or similar (advantage).
