Senior Manager, NAMER Industry Partnerships & Field Marketing

San Francisco, Austin

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader ready to develop teams, influence business strategy, and help drive Procore’s largest and highest-growth area of the business. As Senior Manager, NAMER Industry Partnerships & Field Marketing, you’ll lead multiple teams and own the marketing relationship with Sales leadership supporting growth in our most critical growth audiences. You’ll bring broad marketing experience to serve as sales’ trusted go-to-partner across marketing, from product positioning and brand messaging to inbound pipeline, sales plays and events, translating business needs into clear priorities and bringing together the right leaders and experts from marketing and the business to drive results.

With two AI acquisitions this year, Procore is expanding what’s possible for the construction industry that builds the world around us. You’ll join at a moment when your experience and ideas will shape how we go to market and capture our next phase of growth. You’ll have a direct voice in shaping priorities and deciding where field marketing and industry partnerships can make the greatest impact and work closely with marketing and business leadership to translate sales needs into business strategy.

You’ll build on the strengths of a smart, passionate team, develop talent, and shape how these teams operate as strategic partners to the business. This role combines close sales partnership, people leadership, influential industry relationships, and cross-functional reach, with clear ownership of measurable results.

This position will report to the Director, Growth & Integrated Marketing, Global Strategic and Enterprise, NAMER, and will be based in Austin, TX or the Bay Area, CA. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the NAMER Field Marketing team, establishing clear priorities, operating rhythms, and performance expectations in alignment with business objectives, pipeline and revenue goals

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales leaders by understanding sales priorities, identifying marketing needs, and orchestrating the right cross-functional teams and omnichannel support

  • Develop Procore’s strategy for building and growing long-term relationships with construction industry associations, trade organizations, and strategic industry partners that extend beyond sponsorships to include co-marketing, thought leadership, education, industry insights, executive engagement, events, etc.

  • Guide the strategy and execution of Procore-hosted experiences, including dinners, hospitality events, regional programs, and industry activations

  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, ABM, Exec Programs, Solutions Engineering, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Corporate Events, Campaigns, and other stakeholders to deliver an integrated field marketing strategy that drives pipeline, accelerates opportunities, increases account engagement, and supports customer growth

  • Own budget prioritization, performance measurement, and optimization across field and industry investments, using data to evaluate impact and inform future decisions.

  • Establish frameworks for measuring partnership and field marketing impact including revenue influence, sourced opportunities, target account engagement, pipeline generation and acceleration, brand impact, and relationship health

  • Represent Procore with senior industry leaders, association executives, customers, partners, and other external stakeholders at key industry meetings and events

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience across Industry Partnerships, Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Marketing, Integrated Marketing or related B2B marketing functions

  • 4+ years of people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop experienced individual contributors and high-performing teams

  • Proven experience building and managing strategic external partnerships, ideally with industry associations, trade organizations, or other complex partner organizations

  • Broad B2B marketing experience beyond field and events, with working knowledge of integrated campaigns, demand generation, brand, product marketing, ABM, customer marketing, and sales enablement, and the ability to determine when and how to engage each function

  • Strong commercial and marketing judgment with the ability to translate high-level business objectives and Sales needs into clear strategies, programs, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes, while engaging the right cross-functional experts and influencing across complex organizations without direct authority

  • Strong executive presence and exceptional written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility with senior Sales leaders, executives, customers, and external industry stakeholders

  • Strong financial and operational acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and complex portfolios, plus the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, establish priorities, quickly learn the construction technology ecosystem, use core marketing and sales tools, and travel approximately 30–40% for critical business needs and team events
