As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><p>Anduril is seeking an experienced, hands-on Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to support our Australian Operations.</p> <p>As the EHS Manager, you will work directly with operations, engineering, maintenance, project teams and leadership to maintain a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk and provide practical solutions that enable the business to operate safely and efficiently.</p> <p>Anduril operations present a diverse range of high-risk activities, including heavy manufacturing, lifting operations, offshore testing, electrical work, lithium-ion battery systems, machinery and general industrial activities.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be equally comfortable on the factory floor, working autonomously, in a management meeting, reviewing technical documentation or leading an incident investigation.</p> <p>This position reports to the EHS Senior Manager for Australia.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <p><strong>Safety Leadership & Culture</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and lead the site’s EHS strategy, programs, standards and continuous-improvement initiatives</li> <li>Serve as the primary EHS interface to site leadership and operational teams</li> <li>Develop a strong, proactive safety culture where employees and contractors actively identify and control hazards</li> <li>Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety observations, risk reviews and leadership safety engagements</li> <li>Coach leaders, supervisors and employees in effective risk management and safe work practices</li> <li>Develop and deliver EHS training, inductions, toolbox talks and awareness programs</li> </ul> <p><strong>High-Risk Operations</strong></p> <p>Provide specialist EHS oversight and practical guidance for activities including:</p> <ul> <li>Lifting operations</li> <li>Electrical work, electrical safety, isolation/LOTO</li> <li>Lithium-ion batteries, including charging, storage, handling, and emergency response</li> <li>Offshore testing and field activities, including mobilization, travel, contractor management and emergency planning</li> <li>Heavy manufacturing equipment, machinery guarding, hazardous energy and maintenance activities</li> <li>Hot work, working at heights and other high-risk work as applicable</li> <li>Contractor and visitor safety management</li> </ul> <p><strong>Risk Management & Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain the site’s risk management framework and ensure critical risks have effective controls</li> <li>Lead the development and review of risk assessments</li> <li>Monitor compliance with applicable Australian legislation, regulations, codes of practice and relevant standards</li> <li>Maintain the site’s EHS management system, documentation and records</li> <li>Prepare for and support internal, external and regulatory audits</li> <li>Track corrective actions are closed effectively</li> </ul> <p><strong>Incident Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead investigations of incidents, injuries, near misses and environmental events</li> <li>Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions</li> <li>Manage incident reporting, notifications and follow-up in accordance with legal and company

requirements</li> <li>Analyse trends and use data to identify opportunities for risk reduction</li> <li>Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills and response arrangements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Environmental & Occupational Health</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the site’s environmental compliance obligations and programs</li> <li>Support waste management, hazardous substances, spill prevention and pollution-control initiatives</li> <li>Monitor occupational health risks such as noise, hazardous chemicals, dust, ergonomics and other workplace exposures</li> <li>Coordinate occupational hygiene assessments and health surveillance where required</li> <li>Promote employee wellbeing while maintaining a strong focus on prevention and risk control</li> </ul> <p><strong>Contractor & Project Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish EHS

requirements for contractors and verify contractor compliance</li> <li>Review equipment specifications, layouts and processes from an EHS perspective</li> <li>Support management of change to ensure risks are identified before changes are implemented</li> <li>Provide EHS input into new technology, equipment and process introductions</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Required

Qualifications and Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Safety/Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline</li> <li>Progressive EHS experience in engineering, manufacturing, maritime, defence, aerospace, or other complex technical/industrial environments</li> <li>Experience conducting hazard analyses or risk assessments integrated with engineering and program decision-making, not purely after-the-fact compliance work</li> <li>ICAM Lead Investigator certification</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to influence multidisciplinary teams without direct authority</li> <li>Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Ability to translate technical risk into actionable business and engineering recommendations</li> <li>Natural tendency towards challenging the status quo; leans into hard problems instead of walking away</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred

Qualifications and Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Direct experience in maritime, shipbuilding, or naval engineering/operations environments (vessel construction, shipyard operations, marine systems)</li> <li>Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001</li> <li>Advanced degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental/Occupational Health, Systems Engineering, or a related field</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of
