Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications, distributed systems, enterprise platforms, or cloud-native services.</li> <li>5+ years of experience developing backend services using Java.</li> <li>Strong proficiency with Java and modern backend development frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.</li> <li>Experience building and maintaining scalable APIs, distributed systems, and microservices-based architectures.</li> <li>Experience building automated tests and validation capabilities as part of the software development lifecycle.</li> <li>Experience developing automated test frameworks and validation tooling using technologies such as JUnit, TestNG, REST Assured, Selenium, Playwright, or similar testing frameworks.</li> <li>Strong understanding of software design, object-oriented programming, APIs, databases, debugging, and version control.</li> <li>Experience developing automated coverage for API, integration, regression, and distributed-system testing.</li> <li>Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.</li> <li>Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.</li> <li>Understanding of software quality engineering principles, test automation, and CI/CD practices.</li> <li>Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as coding assistants, code generation tools, or intelligent debugging solutions.</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred
