About the role
InLoop builds warehouse robots that run fully autonomously in customer warehouses today. The fleet is growing quickly, and the demand is huge.
We're hiring a head of go to market to turn that demand into signed fleets. You'll own our pipeline with 3PLs across Europe and the Gulf, from the first call to a signed contract, and work directly with our CEO.
This is a builder role. You'll close deals yourself before you hire anyone, and you'll set up how we sell for years to come.
What you'll work on first
- Pipeline. Build a pipeline of 3PLs that always has more demand than we can deploy.
- Pilots to fleets. Turn pilots and LOIs into paid fleet contracts.
- Pricing and contracts. Shape pricing, SLAs and contract terms with our CEO.
- Playbook. Write down how we sell so the next salespeople ramp fast.
- Market input. Bring what customers need back to our product team.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years selling to operations buyers in logistics, 3PLs, warehousing or automation
- You've closed large B2B deals for physical products or systems yourself
- A network in European and US logistics, Gulf is a plus
- Comfortable with technical products: you can explain a robot cell to an ops director
- You've built a pipeline from zero at least once
Nice to have
- Robotics or warehouse automation sales (AMRs, AS/RS, picking systems)
- Robots as a service or other recurring revenue models
- German, plus Arabic or another European language
How to apply
Apply here and tell us about the hardest deal you closed and why it closed. That tells us more than a CV.
