We're looking for an experienced software engineer and team lead to manage one of our Consumer Product teams. requirements and ensure the timely delivery of relevant features Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and usability of our Marketplace products Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and driving operational efficiency Champion adoption of AI-assisted development tools across

the team Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet business objectives You’ll be successful in this role if you Have 2+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams Are proficient in at least one modern programming language (PHP, JS/TS) and experience with relevant frameworks Have excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, managing competing priorities Have ability to keep
