About the role
At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the default tool of choice for high-performance teams to build their products. A fully remote company from the start, our team is distributed across the US, Latin America, and Europe. No matter where we come from, we are makers at our core. We love new challenges and care deeply about the quality of our work.

About Linear
Linear allows the user to manage software development and track bugs. Built for speed and efficiency.
The founders started Linear from their own frustrations building software projects in successful high-growth companies like Airbnb, Coinbase, and Uber. The founders wanted to create the tools that focus us and its team on making progress, not get in the way. Tools that are fast and efficient. Speed and performance were the main things Linear focused on early on and continue to focus on that.
