They expect their grocery order to arrive on time, fresh, and accurate and our Warehouse Leads play a critical role in ensuring that! Your role involves providing front-line support for the production team, ensuring compliance with quality protocols and standard operating processes. With a focus on safety, accuracy, and quality control, you will play a crucial part in meeting production targets and delivering high-quality products to our customers. What you will do: Collaborate with the production leaders to communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety briefings to

the team. Delegate and distribute personnel to ensure the on-time completion of tasks and orders. Enforce and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process. Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specified quality standards, and address any deviations promptly. Adhere to standard processes to support operational goals. Identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives to streamline workflows. Proactively communicate effectively with the inventory control team to ensure the timely replenishment of stock on the line, preventing out-of-stock items and shorts. Foster effective communication across all warehouse teams to identify and effectively resolve issues that may impede the on-time and accurate delivery of customers orders. Maintain all safety standards as provided by leadership What you have: Authorized to work in the United States. Experience or comfort with working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees) Strong verbal communications skills Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to Ability to thrive in a repetitive and fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation Nice for you to have: HS Diploma or equivalent Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) Experience working in a food based environment Please see here for Misfits Market's Job Applicant Privacy Notice .
