We are building the autonomous infrastructure management platform that will power the next decade of enterprise compute.</p></div><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Join a team of top-tier engineers building ScaleOps’ core product offering.</li> <li>Build a world-class Kubernetes resource management platform that improves the productivity of DevOps teams around the world.</li> <li>Develop deep expertise in Kubernetes, container technologies, and cloud-native infrastructure.</li> <li>Write significant production code in Go and gain deep familiarity with Kubernetes internals.</li> <li>Work with technologies such as Istio, Helm, Prometheus, container orchestration, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications.</li> <li>Tackle complex engineering challenges and help drive innovation in Kubernetes optimization.</li> <li>Take ownership of meaningful technical projects with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.</li> <li>Collaborate with skilled engineers in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring Along</strong></p> <ul> <li>A positive, collaborative software engineer who enjoys working with other talented people.</li> <li>4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building complex, technically demanding, large-scale systems.</li> <li>2+ years of experience leading software engineering initiatives and mentoring engineers in a production environment.</li> <li>Significant experience developing cloud-based applications.</li> <li>Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, including containers and Kubernetes.</li> <li>Experience working with Go, backend systems, distributed systems, infrastructure, or related technologies.</li> <li>A degree in Computer Science from a leading academic institution or relevant experience as a Software Engineer in an IDF technological unit.</li> <li>Someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving hard technical problems, and collaborating with others to build a world-class product.</li> <li>A high-impact engineer who is excited to work on ScaleOps’ core product and help shape the company’s future.</li> </ul>
