About the role
Why This Role Is Special
At Arnata, we’re building something no one else has: the world’s first AI Logistics Manager — an AI Worker that can autonomously run logistics operations at massive scale. It’s like having a 100-person ops team working 24/7.
We are a YC-backed, fast-scaling startup redefining the $1T logistics industry. We are hiring only 3 BDTs this year. This is your chance to work directly with the founder, sell cutting-edge technology that solves real problems, and get in early.
What You’ll Do
- Own outbound: email, LinkedIn, calls — whatever it takes
- Work with the founder & AEs to close strategic accounts
- Book meetings with decision-makers in mid-size logistics companies
- Constantly improve scripts, workflows, and tools
Why This Is a Career Move
- Real training, fast path to AE
- You’ll work with the founder, not managers
- Stock options and early-stage equity
- Join a YC startup backed by top investors
- Sell something real, in a massive market, with huge customer demand
- Path to AE in 6–12 months
You’ll Thrive If You...
- Love the chase (and the close)
- Want to work with world-class operators
- Write clear, sharp, and human messages
Note: This role is in San Francisco and in person. If you don’t live in the city, we will help you relocate.
