About the role:
As Business Operations Manager, International Operations , you’ll play a foundational role in launching and scaling Numeral’s product in global markets. From owning the development and execution of tax workflows across VAT, GST, and indirect tax systems including research and registration to process design and automation.
You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to launch new countries, support compliance at scale, and continuously improve systems that blend human operations with AI-powered workflows.
This is a high impact role with the opportunity to directly shape our international expansion strategy and build repeatable playbooks that will power the next stage of Numeral’s growth.
What you’ll do:

Launch our product in new countries: Own end-to-end delivery of international launches—from operational research and tooling to stakeholder coordination and SOP development.

Design scalable tax workflows: Build repeatable, automation-friendly processes for VAT/GST compliance using a combination of RPA tools, SQL, and AI agents.
