This role combines technical understanding with operational execution, requiring strong ownership, project leadership, and the ability to influence across teams in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>About the Job </strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and scale operational processes that support onboarding, ongoing operations, and future growth.</li> <li>Lead end-to-end technical implementation projects across product, engineering, machine learning, and operation teams.</li> <li>Drive operational excellence through KPI ownership, process optimization, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Drive the operationalization and rollout of AI and machine learning solutions into production environments.</li> <li>Take ownership of complex operational challenges, ensuring successful execution and measurable business impact.</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p><strong>Minimum

Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in Data Operations, Technical Operations, Project Management, or related fields.</li> <li>2+ years of experience working in an R&D environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Professional proficiency in English.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred
