This Role Case Managers ensure cases move forward quickly and comprehensively. You’ll focus on the operational heart of pre-litigation—opening claims, managing medical record requests, securing police reports, and resolving lien issues—so attorneys can work with complete, timely information.
What You'll Do: Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting Identify and fix operational bottleneck. Your Team: Legal Operations Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care. Compensation $60,000 – $85,000 annual salary + equity Additional
