The opportunity We are currently hiring for professional and reliable Forklift Drivers to join our growing team at our Crestmead fulfilment centre (4132). As a Forklift Driver your role is critical to the success of our business where you will be challenged daily to improve areas of safety, efficiency and customer experience. You will be part of a collaborative team working within an environment where you are given every opportunity to succeed and progress your career. What you’ll be doing Safely operating our Crown Joystick High Reach Forklifts to putaway pallets and replenish pick faces Wrapping pallets and conducting quality checks on inventory You will be expected to regularly lift products in the warehouse weighing up to 23kgs Responsible for general housekeeping duties and keeping the floor space clean Other duties such as pick/ packing as required The ideal toolbox Can commit to 5 days per week Must have your own safety boots Must have a valid LF forklift ticket (ideally having used a Crown Joystick High Reach before) Must be physically fit to perform all duties in the warehouse You are a reliable and collaborative team member Safety is a non-negotiable for you and you are able to adhere to Safe Operating Procedures You have a positive attitude and willingness to learn Role location We believe that building connections and collaborating as Pet Circlers is super important. So this role is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days per week in our pet friendly offices (your pet might love coming to the office even more than you).
