The Role</strong></h1> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Mach Energetics is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own the industrialization of our products for high-rate production. In this role, you will work closely with the mechanical design and production teams to develop processes, tooling, and build documentation that ensure builds are repeatable, cost-effective, and meet stringent quality standards. Responsibilities</strong></h1> <ul data-pm-slice="3 3 []"> <li> <p>Fully own production processes from build readiness through steady-state manufacturing.</p> </li> <li> <p>Design and qualify manufacturing equipment, fixtures, tools, and jigs to enable repeatable builds.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop, document, and release controlled work instructions and quality gates to ensure repeatability and reliability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive the optimization of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Assembly processes, focusing on content reduction, assembly simplification, and built-in quality.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide daily production support and implement SPC, PFMEA, and root cause corrective action for non-conformances.</p> </li> <li> <p>Travel to machine suppliers and contract manufacturers to oversee equipment bring-up and manufacturing trials.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with technicians to train, enforce standard work, and improve safety/ergonomics.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with supply chain to ensure rate-capable vendors and part availability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, yield, and cost.</p> </li> </ul> <h1><strong>Required

Qualifications </strong></h1> <ul data-pm-slice="3 3 []"> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>2+ years in production manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization (internship and school projects experience qualifies).</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T, and technical specifications.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience supporting root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with quality systems, inspection methods, and production documentation</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work cross-functionally with design engineering, quality, supply chain, technicians, and production teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p> </li> </ul> <h1><strong>Preferred
