Job Description
Y Combinator is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work directly with two General Partners. You’ll be responsible for helping manage their calendar, organizing and running events, and using internal YC software to manage communications with our founders and portfolio companies.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working independently based out of our San Francisco headquarters. Every employee at YC has a lot of individual responsibility and access to sensitive information, so we need to hire people we can trust. Your ability to make good trade-offs and exercise good judgment is particularly important to us.
Location: YC is headquartered in San Francisco, and candidates must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our Executive Assistants are expected to work from our Dogpatch offices in San Francisco at least three days per week, with additional in-person availability for afternoon and evening events, and the occasional weekend.
Compensation: $180,000 - $225,000 salary (depending on skills and experience).
