Who you’ll be working with: If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you! You will be responsible for the following: Strategy & Roadmap Development: Owning and communicating the enterprise data streaming strategy, ensuring the long-term roadmap aligns with broader business goals and delivers measurable impact. Technical Leadership, Innovation & Future-state Architecture: Architecting and prototyping next-generation infrastructure for real-time analytics and emerging technologies (AI/ML), and partnering with business teams to lead high-value proof-of-concepts. Architecture & Governance: Designing and documenting scalable streaming patterns and standards, enforcing best practices to ensure security, quality, and reliability. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Acting as the central point of contact for streaming initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving the successful adoption of the platform across the enterprise. Evangelism & Enablement: Champion adoption and event-driven mindset; establish and lead a Community of Practice (CoP). We’re looking for: 10+ years in data engineering or architecture, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience building and managing large-scale Kafka or Confluent Platform solutions. Minimum 3 years of experience with stream processing capabilities (Flink, ksqlDB) and proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala Proficiency in Data Modeling and Data Governance and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD. Proven experience in a leadership role defining roadmaps and standards, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and influence technical direction. Essential experience working in agile, cross-functional teams, with excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.
