About

the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced drug discovery biologist join our growing DiscoveryBiology team. The successful candidate brings significant hands-on expertise in cell-based assaydevelopment and enablement to drive early drug discovery programs. The candidate will lead from the benchand contribute to biology strategy and execution across Superluminal programs. Key

Responsibilities:● This role is hands-on and wet lab-focused to drive programs from hit finding through all phases of earlydiscovery. ● Independently design, develop and execute a broad array of cell-based assays to interrogate GPCRfunction and signaling.● Generate, analyze, document, and upload experimental and routine screening data to companydatabases in a timely and accurate manner.● Collaborate cross-functionally with computational, chemistry and protein science colleagues toconceptualize, design, and execute novel screening assays.● Regularly communicate findings with program teams and present at project & company-wide meetings.● Ensure compliance with established laboratory practices, SOPs, and company policies, including bothwet lab and electronic data management

requirements. Minimum

Qualifications● Ph.D. in Biology or a related life sciences field, with 5 or more years of relevant industry experience.● Demonstrated hands-on experience developing, executing, and interpreting cell-based assays usingmultiple assay formats and platforms, including functional assays, target engagement assays, kineticassays, plate-based assays, flow cytometry, and high-content imaging.● Small molecule drug discovery experience required.● Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.● Ability to work onsite 5 days a week required. Preferred

Qualifications:● Experience with GPCR biology is highly desired. ● Experience with assay automation, high-throughput screening, or laboratory robotics is a plus.● Management experience is a plus.
