About the role

You'll own full-cycle searches across our go-to-market organization, from high-volume roles like Sales Development Representatives to specialized roles in Customer Success and Partnerships. the team

Own offer strategy and closing for your searches

What you'll need

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including GTM roles such as sales, customer success, or account management, in-house or at an agency

Strong organization and attention to detail, with experience managing several searches at once, including high-volume and complex or high-priority roles

Strong sourcing skills and ability to write compelling outreach

Ability to work with recruiting data, such as pass-through rates and time to hire, to plan searches and explain trade-offs

Experience influencing hiring managers and senior leaders with data and clear communication

A track record of owning searches end to end with minimal oversight

Comfort operating in ambiguity and improving processes when they aren't working
