Design Engineer ($150k-$200k + Equity) at Aranya

San Francisco, US
Full-time

About the role

Aranya.tech is building ClusterdOS—the first personal cluster operating system designed to make Kubernetes as accessible as a Mac. They are looking for a world class Design Engineer to join their 4 person founding team in San Francisco and define the interaction layer of an entirely new computing paradigm. If you have exceptional taste, a background in high fidelity React/TypeScript development, and want to invent the "mouse and cursor" for distributed systems, this is your chance to own the vision and implementation of a next generation OS with meaningful founding equity.

About Aranya

Aranya is a San Francisco-based AI infrastructure startup that develops ClusterdOS, an open-source distributed operating system that turns Kubernetes-based GPU clusters into production-ready, self-healing AI inference supercomputers. The company targets AI inference and training companies, ML platforms, and engineering teams that need production-grade infrastructure without a dedicated platform team. It emerged from stealth in April 2026, announcing partnerships with top inference providers including Hydra Host.
