Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall objectives and the specific needs of our customers.</li> <li>Oversee the technical design and architectural decisions for building scalable and efficient data products. Ensure products are designed to leverage our data assets effectively.</li> <li>Implement data governance frameworks and establish data quality and consistency standards across Data Lake and other platforms. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.</li> <li>Facilitate collaboration across engineering, data science, and business teams. Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure that developed solutions meet these specifications.</li> <li>Conduct user research to gather insights into user needs and pain points. Use this information to guide product development and prioritize features that deliver significant value to users.</li> <li>Define and monitor key performance indicators for data products to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Write detailed functional specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver features release after release.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What skills do I need?</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of work experience as a Product manager in Reporting and Analytics areas of the product</li> <li>Working knowledge of current analytical technologies, data warehouse design and business intelligence best practices</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.</li> <li>Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>A good understanding of mobile, web and cloud technology space</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
