About

the Role</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>Verkademy Program Coordinator</strong> to serve as the administrative and operational core of the Verkademy team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative support to sales development leadership and recruiting programs, ensuring that our talent engine and training initiatives operate with seamless precision. You will be the primary architecture for the logistical and operational workflows that sustain our hiring and program scaling efforts.</p> <h3><strong>

What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Recruiting Operations:</strong> Manage comprehensive university program logistics, streamline recruiting workflows, scale the intern experience, and oversee end-to-end branding initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Sales Program Administration:</strong> Assist sales leadership with the onboarding and offboarding of program participants, tracking completion metrics, and maintaining meticulous participant records.</li> <li><strong>Leadership Support:</strong> Proactively manage program calendars, prioritize team tasks to align with leadership goals, and assist with formal program reporting and documentation.</li> <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Ensure all recruiting and onboarding processes are executed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of data integrity and professional delivery.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 4+ years of professional experience in program management, program administration, or early career/university recruiting within a high-growth environment. </li> <li><strong>Administrative Expertise:</strong> Proven experience in coordinating early career programs within a fast-paced corporate environment.</li> <li><strong>Organizational Skills:</strong> Superior organizational abilities with a natural talent for structuring complex timelines and managing multiple administrative priorities simultaneously.</li> <li><strong>Effective Communication:</strong> Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to connect with students, external vendors, and C-level leadership alike.</li> <li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and logistical execution.</li> <li><strong>Project & Event Management:</strong> A proven track record of managing logistically complex projects and large-scale events from conception to completion.</li> <li><strong>The 'Grit' Factor:</strong> Resilience, high energy, and a hands-on approach—equally comfortable packing swag boxes as you are presenting program strategy.</li> <li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and experience with recruiting platforms or CRM tools.
