This is a full-time in-person role based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining manufacturing processes, assembling battery modules and packs by hand and with automation equipment, performing quality checks, and documenting procedures and work instructions. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to improve manufacturability, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

This position also includes maintaining equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards for both low-voltage and high-voltage systems, and providing feedback on design changes from a manufacturing perspective. While most responsibilities are performed onsite in the workshop and production area, some process documentation, data analysis, and coordination tasks can be completed from home.
