Opusense is building the AI operating system for field work.
Every day, millions of engineers, inspectors, consultants, and operators collect information in the field that ultimately drives critical decisions about buildings, infrastructure, and assets. Yet much of that knowledge remains trapped in photos, voice notes, PDFs, spreadsheets, and manually written reports.
We're changing that.
Opusense uses AI to transform unstructured field information into structured knowledge, professional documentation, actionable insights, and automated workflows. Our platform is already helping organizations across construction, engineering, trades, and property management dramatically reduce administrative work while improving the quality and consistency of their outputs.
We're still at the beginning of what we believe is a massive opportunity. Documentation is only the first step. Our vision is to build AI systems that understand projects, learn from organizational knowledge, surface insights across thousands of reports, and become an intelligent partner for every field team.
You'll work directly with the founders, own major technical decisions, ship products used by real customers, and help define both the architecture and culture of the engineering organization. The systems you build won't be incremental improvements, they'll fundamentally change how technical professionals capture, use, and act on information.
We work across AI, full-stack web/mobile, and cloud infrastructure:
If you like AI agents, turning messy field data into polished reports, or building tools that construction crews and engineers actually use in the field, this is your place.

I write the intro, send it to the founder, and handle the back-and-forth.
