Pomelo Care is a health technology company that develops evidence-based healthcare solutions for women and children. The company provides a digital care coordination and patient engagement platform designed to support longitudinal care outside traditional clinical settings. Its software connects patients, families, and care teams by centralizing clinical data, care plans, messaging, and care milestones into a single interface that enhances communication and continuity of care.
