About

the role:</strong></p> <p>Oscar Medical Group runs a Virtual Health Assessment (VHA) program that outreaches and virtually engages Oscar Health Insurance members in an evaluation and management visit. You may also be cross-trained to help support teams across Oscar Medical Group, including Virtual Urgent Care.</p> <p>You will report into the Director, Virtual Health Assessment.</p> <p><strong>Part-Time Shift:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4x5 | 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm; 20 hrs a week is required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Location: </strong>This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; District of Columbia; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Massachusetts; Michigan; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Pennsylvania; Texas; or Virginia. Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting</li> <li>Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement, consulting and partnering with Physicians on the care team for comprehensive care, particularly with complex patients</li> <li>Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers</li> <li>Use tooling to allow virtual "exams" including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, remote point of care diagnostics</li> <li>Participate in collaborative care model with multiple care team members including registered nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisor where applicable</li> <li>Participate in required meetings to support patient care including huddles, case conferencing and regular service line All Hands</li> <li>Provide feedback to support improvement in operational workflows and product features</li> <li><em>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</em></li> <li><em>Other duties as assigned</em></li> </ul> <p><strong>

Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program</li> <li>Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)</li> <li>3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care</li> <li>2+ years of experience delivering virtual care</li> <li>Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States: <ul> <li><strong>Must have GA License</strong></li> <li>Preferred: TX, FL or OH Licenses</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>
