Brand Marketing Manager

Stockholm, Stockholm County
Full-time
Visa Sponsorship

About the role

Construction brands have long looked the same. Grey brochures, stock photos of hard hats and generic taglines. We're building a brand (in-house) that people in this industry want to spend time with and will remember for a generation, and you can be a part of shaping how we get there.

Marketing at Brickanta is three people: our Founding Head of Marketing, GTM engineering, and you. It’s a team designed to punch above its weight and you'll work side by side with our Founding Head of Marketing on everything the brand touches: content, social, website, film, events, and much more. You’ll create a lot yourself, so you like the idea of taking ideas from start to finish.

Some weeks you're a web designer, some weeks a copywriter and sometimes a PR wizard.

You'll get a lot of responsibility from day one and are expected to own tasks end to end.

Examples of what you'll do

  • Produce our video work, such as; customer stories, product films, and new ideas
  • Write blog posts, social media posts and articles on AI in construction
  • Run our social channels (incl. comms planning, copywriting, asset creation and analysis)
  • Website building, the site is our most-read asset and it always has to be up to date
  • Plan and run the events we show up at and the ones we host: roadshows, breakfast seminars, industry fairs
  • Anything you come up with that moves the brand forward. Your best work here won't be on this list

You might be a fit if

  • You have one to three years in marketing, agency or in-house
  • You make things yourself. Figma or Adobe are daily tools, not something you brief an agency for. Bonus if you can also handle a camera or a CMS
  • You have ideas and the instinct to act on them. You notice the problem, propose the solution, and make it without waiting to be asked
  • You write well in Swedish and English, and you can tell the difference between AI-slop and real copywriting
  • You move fast with an eye for detail
  • You find the built environment genuinely interesting. No construction background needed, but you'll be writing about this industry every week

The practical details

Full-time, broad and hands-on: you will touch every channel we have. A three-person marketing team working daily with sales, product and the founders. Competitive salary and equity - you're early enough for it to matter. Start as soon as you can.
