Research and proactively engage targeted accounts that show meaningful engagement and buying intent. Convert qualified interest into sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives. Execute coordinated outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely activity, qualification notes, and account context in Salesforce. Partner closely with North American Account Executives, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and the global SDR organization to improve lead quality, routing, messaging, and conversion. Share patterns and feedback from prospects so the broader team can improve campaigns, events, content, and the customer journey.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of successful SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS or a similar environment. A demonstrated record of setting goals, taking ownership, and delivering measurable results. Experience communicating with customers, prospects, or other external audiences. Strong judgment and the ability to operate independently.
