Senior Project Manager (Intralogistics and Robotics)

We’re still pretty small, so everyone has a direct impact on the final result We have a very experienced engineering & management team from Google, early unicorns (Criteo, Climate Corp...) & top robotics companies (ABB, Softbank Robotics, Dematic) We combine world-class research with top-notch engineering and apply it to solve real problems Some of the problems you may try to solve with us: Manage the robot deployments project from the specification phase to the operations handover Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects Track project performance, control the budget, and report to relevant stakeholders Meet with clients regularly to report on progress and discuss open items Perform risk management to minimise potential risks What skills we’d like you to have: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager 5+ years of experience in intralogistics and/or robotics industry Ability to independently manage multiple projects at once, ensuring OTIF delivery Customer satisfaction mindset Excellent communication skills via various channels in English and German Can-do attitude and ability to resolve blockers and potential risks Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams Very good organisational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customers’ warehouses in Europe Willingness to learn about robots and machine learning Technical background, Master’s degree or equivalent What should you expect once you apply? 30-minute call with a Recruiter 45 minutes Hiring Manager interview Homework Onsites - half a day of interviews & discussions at the office We make the final decision after max. 3-5 days after onsite interview Important : Feedback after completing the recruitment process. \n See a short sneak peek of our product here: https://vimeo.com/manage/videos/1051464045 https://vimeo.com/manage/videos/1051465112 Learn more
