Overview We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and people-oriented Junior IT Administrator to help support our growing internal technology environment. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional who wants hands-on experience with modern enterprise IT systems, SaaS administration, identity management, and automation. You’ll work closely with experienced operations and IT leaders while learning how high-growth companies manage technology at scale. You do not need to be an expert in every platform we use. We care more about problem-solving ability, communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, laptops, and SaaS applications Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and access management Troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other workplace tools Support office IT operations and conference room technology Help manage platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Confluence Assist with user provisioning, permissions management, and access troubleshooting Support system updates, configurations, and operational improvements Maintain accurate documentation, guides, and operational procedures Assist with improving workflows and reducing repetitive manual tasks Learn and work with automation tools, APIs, and scripting over time Help identify opportunities to improve the employee IT experience Partner with operations, security, and engineering teams on internal technology initiatives Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous improvement efforts Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall IT operations
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field Internship, campus IT, help desk, or technical support experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Interest in modern IT systems, SaaS platforms, and automation Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative in-office environment Preferred
Qualifications Experience or familiarity with tools such as: Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and ServiceNow. Experience troubleshooting and supporting windows and macOS endpoints. Basic understanding of identity and access management, onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle management Exposure to scripting or automation tools like: PowerShell, Python and JavaScript Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles such as MFA, password management, phishing awareness, and access control CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Google IT Support, or similar certifications are a plus
