This is a hands-on builder role responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle of internal AI systems from problem definition and architecture design to implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimization. The role combines strong product management discipline with technical execution, requiring the ability to scope problems, prioritize effectively, and ship reliable, maintainable systems that drive measurable business impact.

Make tradeoff decisions across speed, quality, scalability, and cost
AI Systems Design & Development:
Design, build, deploy, and maintain internal AI-powered tools and workflows
Develop systems that integrate AI models, data sources, automation, and operational workflows
Implement AI-driven capabilities including prompting, retrieval, and workflow automation
Ensure systems are reliable, observable, scalable, and maintainable
Own ongoing optimization, performance improvements, and operational support post-launch
Operational Efficiency & AI Enablement:
Identify and eliminate manual, fragmented, or brittle workflows across teams
Replace disconnected tools and processes with scalable internal systems
Drive practical adoption of AI and automation technologies across business functions
Improve operational efficiency through automation and intelligent workflow design
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams to identify high-impact opportunities
Align technical solutions with operational and business objectives
Communicate project status, tradeoffs, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a related technical builder role
Experience building and shipping software, internal tools, or AI-powered systems end-to-end
Proven track record defining, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI applications
Experience owning both product and technical decisions from problem definition through operational launch
Experience building internal systems that drive measurable operational or business impact
Experience with AI-driven workflows, automation systems, or intelligent operational tooling preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Strong product management skills, including prioritization, scoping, requirements definition, and tradeoff analysis
Ability to design and implement systems that integrate AI models, data, and operational workflows
Strong debugging, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills in applied environments
Ability to build systems that are reliable, observable, scalable, and maintainable
Strong understanding of AI-powered systems and real-world production applications
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions
