About the role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 1–6 years of experience to scope, build, and deploy AI agents directly inside major health systems like Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic. This is a founding-level, high-ownership role at a Series B startup that 30x'd revenue last year — you'll be the critical link between clinical stakeholders and a production AI platform that's already running across 6M patient records.
What will you be doing?
- Meet directly with physicians, hospital IT, and clinical champions to understand workflows and pain points
- Scope and translate loosely defined clinical ideas into concrete, production-ready AI agents on Carebricks
- Build and deploy agents end-to-end, including evals to ensure they're working as intended
- Ensure deployed use cases continue to deliver value — iterating on agents based on clinical guidelines and operational feedback
- Own the full loop: from a physician flagging something broken to the platform being fixed, in days
