About the role
Clinikally, India’s fastest growing consumer health startup, is looking for a seasoned Formulation Scientist to lead our product innovation. In this role, you will be the architect of our Rx-grade Cosmeceutical portfolio, creating high-performance solutions for millions of users. You will play a vital role in building and scaling an inclusive, high-impact scientific team that bridges the gap between Dermatological Science and consumer self-care.
What You Will Do
- Rx-Grade Development: Create advanced Cosmeceutical Formulations that meet clinical standards. You will work with our medical board to design solutions for specific conditions like Hyperpigmentation, Alopecia, and Atopic Dermatitis.
- Rapid Prototyping: Generate new product ideas and create rapid prototypes, including dye solutions for color matching and precision Galenic samples for doctor testing.
- Clinical Pilot Studies: Maintain meticulous experimental results for pilot studies and provide research-backed data to support our Online Dermatologist Consultations.
- Stability & Quality: Solve complex Stability Problems and supervise production batches to ensure consistency. You will be responsible for the transition from lab-scale to mass production of our products like hair growth serum, , , etc.
