At Promptless, we’re building AI teammates that combine context-aware agents and embedded user experiences to deliver AI products that are accessible to everyone.
We’re starting with an AI teammate that automatically updates customer-facing docs, like tutorials, API references, and support centers. We were one of the top companies in the W25 batch by revenue, and our product is already used by both startups and Fortune 500 enterprises, and we’re struggling to keep up with the demand for our product.
Our small founding team has led teams at fast-growing startups, published LLM research, competed in national and international olympiads (including the IMO), and graduated from top schools like Stanford, Yale, and Harvard.
At Promptless, everyone on the team works on the most critical problems at the company. On a typical day you can expect to be talking to customers, working with founders to design and implement features that solve customers’ problems, shipping code, and seeing customers use the features that you just built.
We expect great candidates to be both capable of improving our SaaS app and our AI agent.
Docs are integral to a great customer experience, but managing them is a challenging, multi-team effort. The most successful companies recognize that fantastic docs drive adoption and bad ones cause customers to churn. Promptless is used by fast-growing startups and Fortune 500 enterprises alike to automatically update docs based on feature releases, support tickets, internal Slack conversations, and more.
