About the role

We are a team of multiple time YCombinator founders building a multi-modal (Voice first) AI-agent marketplace for the broader healthcare sector addressing the overhead in clinical operations and poor patient engagement. We have strong traction and a working MVP. We are looking for a hands-on Founding CTO/Founding Engineer that has experience with AI/ML/GenAI and is excited about it’s application in an antiquated industry like Healthcare where there is massive opportunity. Some Challenges You’ll Tackle: • AI strategy for Neurality Health's Saas clients (Provider, Health Systems/ACOs, etc.) • Research and build cutting edge Voice and Text based conversational AI agents • Developing consumable APIs to propagate back-office workflows and integrate with client systems (EHRs, etc) • Manage stages of the continuous development and release process • Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code You Should Have: • Proven experience as an ML Engineer or similar role • Understanding of ML/NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures and modeling • Deep understanding of text representation techniques (such as n-grams, bag of words, sentiment analysis etc), statistics and classification algorithms Experience with GPT • Knowledge of Python (and some frontend React/NextJS) • Ability to write robust and testable code • Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn) • Ability to understand business

requirements • A knack for benchmarking and optimization • Ability to effectively design software architecture • Team player with excellent written and spoken English communication skills Ideal candidate has a PhD/MS in CS/EE/or equivalent experience in engineering field This is an exciting time to join early a very motivated team of experienced founders with multiple exits working on cutting edge AI for healthcare. We are looking to work with an exceptionally intelligent and motivated technologist, and compensate very generously with 10%-20% founder equity.

Medical adherence rates for therapeutic programs and medicine are only 50% because patients feel lonely, isolated, and unsupported in their chronic illness journey.

Reviving Mind is an in-network telehealth provider that improves clinical outcomes and program adherence for the senior medicare and medicare-advantage population that is plagued with loneliness and chronic illness. This is done through a novel and proprietary clinical program and technology platform that integrates virtual, private, curated, and professionally led groups that scale up to 8-patients with individualized and goal oriented lifestyle medicine coaching that is automated but managed by a licensed provider.
