Founding Product Engineer

What we're looking for?

We are seeking a Founding Product Engineer who blends strong product design taste with full-stack (frontend-leaning) engineering skills, ideally with experience with consumer-facing (B2C) products. You should be comfortable prototyping quickly in Figma, shipping code using React, and have a track record of owning features from idea to launch. We're looking for someone who is mission-driven, entrepreneurial, and curious enough to leverage AI to enhance their workflow and productivity.

What you'll do:

• Design and prototype rapidly in Figma to create interfaces and experiences that help students stay engaged and committed to their training.
• Take ownership of products and features end-to-end, from ideation based on user conversations to shipping production-ready code.
• Work closely with users (our students) through calls, usability sessions, and direct observation to understand their needs and challenges.
• Build and ship features using React, measuring their impact on key metrics like student completion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the Founding Product Engineer and co-founder, reviewing code and working together to build a cohesive product.
• Document your work clearly to ensure alignment across the team as features are rolled out.
