About the Role As a Full Stack Engineer at Bland, you'll own entire product features from concept to customer delight. You're crafting the interfaces that make voice AI accessible to enterprise teams, building the dashboards that customers actually use, and creating the workflows that turn complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Own features end-to-end: Take product ideas from initial concept through UX design, frontend implementation, backend architecture, and production deployment.
- Build intuitive AI interfaces: Create dashboards, configuration tools, and analytics views that make complex voice AI capabilities accessible to non-technical users.
- Design seamless workflows: Build user experiences that guide customers through agent creation, testing, deployment, and optimization with minimal friction.
- Integrate across systems: Connect frontend experiences with our voice AI backend, telephony infrastructure, and customer data systems.
- Focus on customer impact: Work directly with Deployment Engineers and customers to understand pain points and translate them into product solutions.
- Ship fast and iterate: Launch features quickly, gather real customer feedback, and continuously improve based on actual usage patterns.
