Handshaik is an AI-native deal origination platform that consolidates data on millions of UK companies into a single, real-time workspace. It helps corporate finance teams, M&A advisers, accountants, and B2B firms discover, qualify, and nurture acquisition targets by combining Companies House filings, AI-generated company profiles, contact enrichment, and collaborative pipeline management. The platform aims to reduce manual research and admin, turning raw data into an actionable deal pipeline.
