Growth Marketer for a Rapidly Growing Consumer AI Healthcare Company 🚀

This is a hands-on role combining both strategy and execution. The right person is a practical growth generalist who can analyze data, design experiments, build or mock up pages, write clear briefs, improve email flows, and move quickly without waiting for perfect process.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience in a DTC or ecommerce environment
• Experience improving conversion across landing pages, funnels, email, offers, and creative tests
• A self-starter who can operate without established processes and build them from the ground up
• Data-driven mindset with fluency in key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and payback period
• Experience designing and running structured experiments
• Comfort with landing page creation and design, including using AI-powered or no-code tools
• Email marketing skills; you have built flows, sequences, or lifecycle campaigns
• Strong creative intuition and ability to turn insights into briefs, pages, and tests
• Clear, concise communicator, written and verbal

Bonus Points

• Experience in health, beauty, wellness, skincare, haircare, or telehealth categories
• Background in subscription ecommerce
• Experience working with paid social teams, creative strategists, designers, or media buyers
• Experience scaling a brand from early traction through to significant, sustained revenue
• Experience using AI tools to move faster in research, copy, creative, reporting, or landing page production

What You'll Do

• Identify and build new acquisition funnels and conversion experiments across all three brands
• Design and run A/B tests across landing pages, offers, email flows, and customer journeys
• Identify conversion bottlenecks and own the roadmap to fix them
• Build and optimize lifecycle email programs including welcome, nurture, upsell, and winback sequences
• Contribute to creative strategy for paid channels by turning customer and performance insights into better briefs
• Mock up and build landing pages using AI tools, no-code tools, or platforms such as Webflow
• Own growth dashboards and communicate what is working, what is not, and what we should do next
• Explore AI and automation tools that help us move faster across reporting, creative production, and growth operations
