Build an influencer strategy to build awareness and acquire users
Build an information kit and process document to share with influencers
Reach out to hundreds of influencers individually or through a platform
Manage contract negotiations
Track results from impressions, to web traffic, to new user acquisition, to monetization
Scale and iterate the program
Must experiences:
Already done influencer marketing within the B2C/B2B space (not e-commerce) where dozens/hundreds of influencers help create content for the brand market the application.
