Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and manage relationships with our corporate clients in the employee benefits insurance segment. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and the seamless delivery of insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with corporate clients.
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Provide guidance on policy renewals, claims management, and other insurance-related matters.
Regularly meet with clients to review policies, resolve claim related issues, and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Insurance, HR or a related field (MBA is a plus).
3+ years of experience in the insurance , HR industry, with a focus on employee benefits or corporate insurance.
Excellent understanding of group health, life, and other employee benefit insurance products.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Client-focused attitude with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
