Andromeda is building autonomous surgical robots designed to help surgeons perform procedures more safely, consistently, and efficiently. Our engineers work across robotics, software, hardware, machine learning, and clinical operations to bring robotic systems from concept to real-world deployment. We are a small, highly collaborative team that values ownership, curiosity, technical rigor, and the ability to move quickly from idea to execution.
We are looking for a Lead Hardware Engineer to help design, build, and deploy the next generation of our surgical robotic platform. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on turning ideas into working systems. You will work across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and system integration challenges, helping bridge the gap between concept and real-world deployment. We are looking for an engineer who enjoys building complete systems, not just individual components. This is an individual contributor leadership role—you will drive technical direction while staying hands-on in the build.
