We’re looking for a Founder-in-Residence to design and launch entirely new product lines at TRM from scratch. In this role, you’ll work directly with the CEO to prototype, build, and iterate at extreme speed—writing product specs, designing UX/UI, and collaborating with senior engineers to ship multiple features per week. You’ll own the full product lifecycle, from idea to revenue, and be responsible for identifying real customer problems, creating elegant, usable solutions, and driving toward multi-million-dollar ARR targets within your first 12 months. This is a high-ownership, high-velocity role for someone with strong product taste, deep customer empathy, and exceptional design ability—ideally a former founder who thrives in 0→1 environments.
