You will operate on Dover's Fractional Recruiting Marketplace, focusing on strategy and relationship-building while working with other Recruiting Partners and Associate Recruiters to fulfill the needs of your customers. You'll also have the opportunity to build out your team and manage Associate Recruiters. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that align with your customers' business goals.
Recruiting Partners have the option to use Dover's free suite of tools, bring their own, or work within a company’s existing setup. This flexibility is a major advantage for both recruiters and companies, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
Recruiting Partners start as independent contractors and have the option to join full-time.
